About me

Elena Ward - Integrative Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor
I truly believe in the power of therapy to support healing, growth, and self-discovery. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate challenges and embrace their inner strengths. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.
My path to becoming a counsellor was deeply personal. Like many, I have faced my own struggles, and through them, I discovered the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. This understanding drives my passion for helping others find clarity, healing, and resilience.
